You give us a listing. We use AI to make short videos from its photos and details, and from what you tell us or let us read about you.

Vidroof is for real estate professionals. By buying, you confirm that you are at least 18 and are buying for your business, not as a consumer. Keep your login safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

• One listing: $69 once, for 5 videos of one listing.
• Monthly: $199 a month, for 3 listings and 15 videos a month.
• Yearly: $1,990 a year, with the same allowance as Monthly.

Tax is added at checkout where it applies. Unused listings and videos don’t carry over.

If you bought One listing in the last 7 days, $69 comes off your first month or year when you subscribe, and that listing counts as one of your plan’s 3.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and may appear on your statement or checkout as Stripe or Link. It also handles tax and payment disputes. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment.

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically and charge your card at the start of each period, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time on your Plan page. Your plan then runs until the end of the period you paid for and doesn’t renew. We don’t refund the rest of a period.

When a plan ends, we delete your cloned voice and stop making videos with your avatar. Videos already made stay yours.

If we change a price, we will tell you by email before it applies. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

You get a full refund if you ask before any videos have been made from your purchase. After that, we don’t give refunds.

Stripe may also refund a payment under its own rules, up to 60 days after purchase. To ask for a refund, email [email protected].

What you give us stays yours. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you give us or point us to, including listings, photos, logos and details about you. Each listing must be yours, or you must have permission to use it.

You may only clone your own voice, and only use a photo of yourself for an avatar.

You allow us and our providers to use this content only to run Vidroof and make your videos. We won’t use your videos, voice or face in our marketing without asking you first.

You may use your videos to promote your listings and your business, including after you cancel. Download any you want to keep, as we don’t promise to store them forever.

Our AI can make mistakes. Videos may contain wrong facts, and images or scenes that were altered or made by AI. Check every video before you post it.

You are responsible for what you post, including that it:

• is accurate;
• follows Fair Housing, real estate license and advertising rules;
• follows the rules of the platform you post on;
• says that images were digitally altered or made by AI wherever the law requires it. California and the EU, for example, have such rules.

We don’t give legal advice.

• Impersonate someone, or use another person’s voice or face without their permission.
• Make videos that are misleading, unlawful or discriminatory.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer Vidroof, or try to break into it or overload it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

If you think a video or anything else on Vidroof infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the details and we will look into it. We may remove content while we do.

Vidroof, including its software, formats and music, belongs to us. We may change the service, and it may sometimes be unavailable, partly because it depends on outside AI providers.

Vidroof is provided as it is, without promises about results such as views, leads or sales.

We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by content you gave us or videos you posted.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability or removes a right that the law doesn’t allow us to limit or remove.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email before it applies. The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies to these terms, and the courts of Cyprus decide any dispute.
